It was 18 degrees (65 Fahrenheit) in Bremen which customary to being a Utahn (is Utahn a word? What do you call someone from Utah?) means you break out the shorts! Even if everyone else is in sweaters and boots - which they all were.

The great thing about this outfit, is you can wear it with any length or style of shorts or pants. A black blazer can even make cut off jeans style shorts look chic. Every girl NEEDS a good, simple black blazer.

 I LOVE this pool blue nail color. Color is called Blue Lagoon by fcuk. (Yes that is spelled correctly, it is a company associated with French Connection.)

And I know french braids can seem kind of 90's, but I love them. Try not braiding yours all the way down and curling the ends. It gives it a bit of dynamic volume and fun.

Also mixing navy and black is hot! More navy and black outfits are sure to come.
